At Khyati Label, many of our pieces are handcrafted and personalized based on individual preferences, measurements, and customization selections. Because of the made-to-order nature of our creations, we generally do not accept returns or exchanges once an order has been placed and delivered.

However, we are committed to ensuring that every order reaches you in excellent condition.

Eligibility for Returns or Exchanges

Returns or exchanges will only be considered in cases where:

  • the product received is physically damaged,
  • or a verified manufacturing defect is identified upon delivery.

To process any such request, valid video evidence is mandatory.

Mandatory Unboxing Video Requirement

To report a damaged or incorrect product, customers must provide:

  • a clear continuous unboxing video,
  • beginning from the unopened courier package,
  • showing the package being opened completely,
  • and clearly displaying the issue or damage.

Please note: the video must be unedited, without cuts, pauses, or modifications, and should clearly capture the full unboxing process. Requests submitted without proper video evidence may not be eligible for review.

Reporting Timeline

Any damage, defect, or incorrect product concern must be reported within:

12 Hours of Delivery

Requests submitted after this timeframe may not be accepted.

Customized & Personalized Orders

As each customized outfit is created specifically according to individual selections and preferences, we do not offer returns or exchanges on:

customized designs personalized measurements altered silhouettes color customizations or made-to-order couture pieces.

At Khyati Label, we carefully work to ensure every piece closely reflects the selected design and personalization preferences. While the final creation aligns with customer expectations in the vast majority of cases, minor variations may occasionally arise in rare scenarios due to fabric characteristics, handcrafted finishing, or complex customization requirements.

Refunds or Exchanges

If a reported issue is verified and approved by our team:

  • an exchange may be provided based on product availability,
  • or a refund/store credit may be considered at the sole discretion of Khyati Label.

Approved refunds (if applicable) will be processed to the original payment method within a reasonable processing timeframe.

Color & Appearance Disclaimer

Actual product colors may vary slightly due to:

screen resolution differences device display settings photography lighting fabric textures and natural variations in handcrafted work.

Minor variations in embroidery placement, detailing, or finishing are not considered defects and are part of the uniqueness of handcrafted couture.

Cancellation Policy

As most orders are initiated for production shortly after confirmation, cancellations may not be possible once the order has been placed, especially for customized or made-to-order pieces.
