1. Processing & Dispatch Timeline

Most orders are typically dispatched within 15 to 20 business days from the date of order confirmation.

However, during periods of high demand or unforeseen circumstances such as:

  • festivals
  • operational delays
  • public holidays
  • or other uncontrollable situations
  • weather conditions

dispatch timelines may occasionally extend. We sincerely appreciate your patience and understanding, as each piece is prepared with care and precision.

2. Domestic Delivery (India)

Once dispatched, domestic deliveries within India are generally completed within 2 to 7 business days, depending on:

  • delivery location
  • courier partner availability
  • and regional logistics conditions

Delivery timelines may also vary during unexpected situations such as heavy rains, transportation disruptions, or festive periods.

3. International Shipping

We ship internationally through trusted delivery partners including:

Based on our experience, international deliveries are usually completed within 10 to 15 business days after dispatch, depending on the destination country and customs clearance procedures.

Please note that customs duties, import taxes, or additional local charges (if applicable) are the responsibility of the customer.
